Chef Gregory's passion for ethnic foods has helped expand his palate. He is a flavor master who cooks elegant meals that are both delicious and approachable. As a Mississippi native Chef Greg is grateful for his southern roots. He's inspired by a diverse culinary palette and uses these experiences to inspire new kitchen creations. His culinary journey started with a deep understanding of cajun cuisine in Jackson, Mississippi. Then, he traveled throughout the Southeast United States adding everything from Osso Buco to Seafood Paella to his repertoire. He also spent a year focused solely on a plant based diet and has now devoted his career to fresh, sustainably sourced products that satisfy as well as nurture.
